2017 Scholarship Application Scholarships applications must be submitted by March 3, 2017. The online application can be accessed at http://www.metrobureau.org/2017-scholarship-application/ (or see pdf attachments for fillable application and signature page). Once you have completed the application, please print a copy for your records before you click Submit. Also, you will need to print and submit a Signature Form. You must complete and submit the signature form before your application is considered complete. Successful scholarship recipients will receive their scholarship award at their local school district this spring. The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR-MI) would like to award graduating seniors in high school with a scholarship based on the actions and legacy of Rosa Parks. Minimum requirements are one letter of recommendation and a 3.0 GPA. Please fill out the Rosa Parks Scholarship Application with an essay and letter of recommendation.
